Acceptable Use Policy

General use

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service; probe or bypass its authentication or authorization controls; access another business's data without authorization; or use the platform to store or transmit unlawful content.

AI features

You may not use Arctex's AI features to:

(a) generate content that infringes, or facilitates the infringement of, any third party's copyright or trademark rights; (b) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (c) generate or process child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content otherwise illegal under applicable law; (d) knowingly input another person's personal, health, financial, or confidential information without a lawful basis for processing it; (e) generate deceptive content intended to defraud a third party.

Content drafted by an AI feature is presented for your review before publication; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving it before it reaches your customers. See our AI Policy for how AI features handle data.

Copyright

Repeat, confirmed copyright infringement is grounds for account termination. See our Copyright Policy for how to report infringing content.

Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in content removal, suspension, or termination, depending on severity.
