Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard. Canceling at the end of your current billing period keeps your access until that period ends, with no further charge after. Canceling immediately ends access right away; the remaining time in the period you already paid for is not refunded.

Usage charges

Usage-based charges (see our Usage Billing Terms) reflect resources already consumed and are not refundable once incurred.

Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error, email billing@arctex.ai. We review these individually — there is no automated refund process, so expect a personal reply rather than an instant response.

Custom/quoted work

Work scoped through a custom quote is governed by the terms of that specific agreement, not this page.
