Subprocessors
The third-party services Arctex uses to run the platform, what each one does for us, and what data it processes. Last updated 2026-10-15. We add a service here before it starts processing your data, and announce material additions to account owners by email.
Used for every account

Only when you connect one
These process data only after a business connects its own account to the service, and only for the feature that uses it. Disconnecting stops it.

Not a subprocessor
Speech recognition and voice for the phone agent run on our own speech service, not a third party. None of the services above receive your password, and none use your data for advertising on our behalf. AI providers process requests to return a response; see our AI Policy and Privacy Policy.
