Accessibility

We aim for our own site and the sites we build for clients to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This is a goal we actively work toward, not a certification — if you run into something that doesn't work with a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or another assistive technology, we want to know about it.

What we've done

We audit the templates client websites are built from against WCAG 2.1 AA, fixing issues once at the template level so every site built from it inherits the fix — keyboard-accessible navigation, labeled form fields, a skip-to-content link, and proper landmark structure, among other things.

What's still in progress

Color contrast depends on the specific colors a business chooses for their own branding, so it can't be fully verified once at the template level — a dedicated check against each site's actual configured colors is planned but not yet built.

Reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site or a site built on our platform, email info@arctex.ai with the page and what happened — we'll look into it.
