You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for safeguarding your account credentials. Agency accounts are responsible for the client workspaces and users they create and manage within their organization.

AI features

The platform's AI agent features use third-party AI models to generate suggestions, drafts, and summaries. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose and is not guaranteed to be correct, current, or free of errors — you're responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or publishing it.

Intellectual property

The Arctex name, platform design, and underlying software belong to Arctex. You retain ownership of the business data and content you or your clients submit to the platform; you grant us the limited right to process and store it solely to provide the service to you.

Service availability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
