Reporting infringement
If you believe content hosted on a site or page built with Arctex infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@arctex.ai that includes:
(a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (a URL is usually enough); (d) your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (f) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
A notice missing any of these elements may not be actionable. We review each notice and may remove or disable access to the material it identifies.
Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which we may be found).
Repeat infringement
Accounts determined to be repeat infringers are subject to suspension or termination. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
